The room was wonderful and beautiful, with a good view of the ocean. The position of the hotel was great and beautiful, in Cancun area.

That hotel was in a beautiful location, easy to access by bus or taxi. And we were very close to the restaurant in front of the beach and Isla Mujeres. The whole room was a nice size and huge and had climate control, television, and 

Our room was huge and new-fashioned and it came with mold on the bed sheets, beverages and seaview.

The hotel had a great position, to the nightlife.

Its location is amazing & stunning, so close to a beautiful beach with plenty of lounge chairs. The rooms are modern and also brand-new.

There's rubbish in some areas.

Hospitable staff and stunning and amazing location close enough to service are good and on the beach. Absolutely breathtaking view of the ocean, huge & new-fashioned room. Early check in, reasonable prices.  

The value for money at this lovely hotel was excellent, and the junior swim up suite we stayed in was top-notch. The location right by the beach, with palm trees, was delightful, and the staff 

Clean and ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS accom with stunning and wonderful location just next door to a 10mins bus ride to the nightlife, and a lovely grove of palm trees on the sand which the larger smarter hotels. A nice size room and modern bathroom 

the staff is hospitable and decent. make sure you stay in the standard room with 2 double beds. the services are exceptional, including a very clean pool.

The bathrooms are cold.

The room was wonderful and beautiful with a balcony and jacuzzi, as for instance, could leave my car onsite.

flamingo cancun resort was an incredible experience! from the beautiful swim-up suite to the attentive staff, everything exceeded our expectations. we felt like superstars with the personalized service and the all-inclusive option was a great choice. 

Actually a nice, clear area directly on the beach, not in the party area. Furniture is old, but everything is clean.

The food offer was not good, the breakfast was very simple and generally everything was prepared without empathy, bad ingredients. Tables were not set fast enough and you had to wait a long time for coffee and cutlery. Lunch and evening buffet generally cold food and many ready made products. personnel accordingly unmotivated.

It was a great stay. We were there for the last night and it was an outstanding stay. Staff super nice. Room was great with a nice view of the sea.

The location was peaceful and decent, in front of a bus stop and easy to find. There was La Pizza extremely close to the hotel. Savoury breakfast with 10 items, served in the bar.
